For parents of aspiring academy players
Training hard isn't the same as training right.
Pathway tracks how much your child is training, flags the weeks it's climbing too fast, and benchmarks their progress against the elite — using the same load monitoring, growth tracking and physical markers relied on inside elite academies.
Example — 10 weeks of training load
Every football parent asks these
The questions that don't have a simple answer
How much is enough? I want to support their development without burning them out.
Can my child push more, or is this week's training catching up to them?
How does my child compare to the academies we're striving for?
How is their recent growth spurt affecting their performance?
The Pathway system
From data to development.
01
Track
Know what's happening
Log training, matches and growth in seconds — including standing and seated height, to catch growth spurts early. Pathway flags the weeks load climbs too fast, and helps you plan progressive overload — building volume up safely, not by guesswork.
02
Understand
See the bigger picture
Individual sessions turn into a clear trend, so you're looking at the pattern over weeks — not guessing from one good or bad session.
03
Benchmark
Know where they stand
Speed and strength benchmarks are adjusted for where your child actually is in their growth — not just their birth year.
04
Develop
Know what's next
Use their data to build personalised training plans — increasing load safely, and developing the key physical attributes that matter most for their stage.

Pathway is built on the same load-monitoring and growth-timing approach used inside elite academies — sports science that's historically stayed behind academy doors.
Before you join
What most parents ask us first.
My child isn't at an academy yet — is this only for players who already are?
No — Pathway is built for aspiring players too. Understanding load, growth and benchmarks matters most before academy football, not after.
Will this add pressure, or make training feel like another thing to perform at?
The opposite is the goal. Pathway is private to your family, never a public leaderboard — it's there to protect your child's development, not push them harder.
Do I need to understand sports science to use it?
No. Pathway does the interpreting — you get clear answers to the questions you already have, not raw data to decode yourself.
Is Pathway available right now?
We're opening it to a small group of founding families first, building it around exactly the questions parents like you are asking.

We're opening Pathway to a small group of founding families before anyone else. Join now for first access to elite sports science.
Pathway is built by a former professional footballer who came through the game the same way — grassroots at 5, academy football at 8, a place in the first-team FA Cup squad at 16, a first-team debut at 19, and U21 international caps at 20. Founding families get direct access to that experience, not just the app.
